The Province is reorganizing healthcare into smaller regions to help improve how care is coordinated and connected. In our area, we are working with all of the agencies and healthcare providers, including nearly 30 community organizations, Markham Stouffville Hospital and family doctors, to explore how we can improve care for clients and caregivers who are affected by mental health conditions and addictions.
For the next phase of our work, we would like to invite you to be a part of the design of care and services in North Durham by attending our "co-design" session on Mental Health and Addictions Support on November 13th from 5-7pm where consumers, care providers and key community support agencies will be coming together to reimagine how care is delivered.
